Prenatal Yoga!
The dates are July 22, July 29th, August 5th, August 12th.
Created especially for pregnant moms, these classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners, and are a wonderful way to connect with your new babe and your changing body. Yoga classes during pregnancy will help moms strengthen and prepare themselves physically, mentally and emotionally for pregnancy, labour and delivery.

Hatha Yoga!
These classes will focus on alignment, pranayama (yogic breath) and savasana (relaxation). Suitable for students who are looking for a meditative practice. No experience is necessary. Modifications are always offered.

Students need to have their own mat. A water bottle and blanket for savasana are suggested.
